Ate here today for dinner after work as a substitute paraprofessional at P.S. 398 Q. I had ordered both the lobster roll and 8 pieces of raw oysters that it tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive, quite good, fast and pleasant. I couldn't agree more. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

Really awesome service. I come alone to dine in and its always a friendly atmosphere. If you like sea food, I recommend coming here. The drinks are also amazing, you won't regret coming.

Ordered takeout here on a Friday night through their website. The staff was very helpful when I called asking if they accepted credit card (they do) when ordering through their website (as the option online was just cash). I was surprised to see how empty the place was for dine-in but that just made my takeout order available faster. Would come back for dine-in, the store was dimly lit with warm reddish orange light and it looked like the perfect ambiance for a nice boil dinner with parties of 4. For takeout experience, the boils were contained in big and clear plastic bags, held securely with the aluminum foil container bases. It was securely packed so that the sauces didn't drip. I ordered the combo of lobster/shrimp with a mild oceanic boil sauce, 1 lb of shrimp with garlic butter, onion rings, and fries. The boil came with corn and potatoes. The onion rings came with a small container of bbq sauce. The fries came with spicy mayo. In comparison of the sauces, the oceanic boil sauce was flavorful compared to the garlic butter. The garlic butter is aromatic but lacked the flavor punches you get from the oceanic boil sauce. Highly recommend the oceanic boil sauce if you're looking for a signature sauce experience.

Food was amazing and really fulfilling, all taste was so good, the service was fast and very friendly especially sir Henry , the ambiance was so nice and clean, we love this place so much

Got garlic bread ($4), fried calamari ($14), Louisiana grilled oyster ($16 for 6 oysters & fries), whole lobster + shrimp with Oceanic boil sauce ($57), lobster Cajun Mac n cheese ($22)- which I didn't touch this time since I suffered last time. The oysters were so good, so flavorful. Our main boil was really good too cuz of the Oceanic sauce. I'm salivating thinking of it. Even tho we got mild sauce, it's still a bit spicy. The Cajun fries are also spicy but so good. The calamari was too rubbery for me.

Haven't had seafood boil in a while, but this place made it easy to introduce myself back to it again. We got the Oceanic Boil ($107) to try a bit of everything, and we killed it among our group of 3. There were different spice levels, and you can also choose your own sauce. We were going to pick, but they recommended the Ocean Boil sauce, which was said to be a mix of everything. Perfect! The seafood itself was already made to be easy to crack, but they were kind to offer extra snappers if we needed. Their seafood wasn't the freshest and maybe that's normal, but the buttery sauce makes up for it. Worth the occasional splurge, and the drinks were of great value, and tasted delicious too!

My friends and I visited Oceanic Boil on a Thursday night. We were quickly seated and the service was rather fast. We ordered a variation of seafood, that came extremely fresh and was served piping hot. The sauce was extremely well seasoned and everything was delicious. The seafood did feel a bit overcooked since it was a bit tougher to chew but really good nonetheless. I really enjoy dipping my rice into the sauce and eating it that way. We also made it just in time for Happy hour, and the drinks that came with it, had just the right amount of liquor and was also really good especially coming from someone who typically does not enjoy alcoholic drinks. They were strong but still sweet. We did have a harder time ordering with our server due to a language barrier, but that's just something to note if you come here Overall we had a good experience TLDR; good food, decent service, overall recommended

We ordered... Fried Calamari 1 lb. Shrimp (sauce: Garlic Butter + Lemon Pepper) 1 lb. Shrimp (sauce: Oceanic Boil) French Fries (not pictured) White Rice Great place for seafood!! Food was served hot, fresh and full of flavor. But...get ready for a big mess! We ordered their shrimp, which you can get head on or off. It was very tasty and filling! The calamari was nicely seasoned and also came with Cajun fries. Their fries are also so crunchy. While it can get a bit messy, put on your bib and gloves and dig in

The best I've had in NYC area! Got a pound of crawfish with their oceanic boil sauce and the spicy level isnt too intense. The crawfish were big and meaty, and they threw in potato and corn into it too! Note that it's $19 a pound which is at least $5 more than what you get in the west coast or Texas. Delicious fries too. We did their promo of the week which was 6 oysters + fries for $15.
